He keeps commenting about how a 2003 (not 2004, 2005, or 2006) CTS is better than everything.
I feel it's alright to post this because I doubt he knows Oppo exists.

Why would someone go around claiming their car is better than everyone elses. I love my car but I'm very aware it isn't for everyone and that there is no "best" car. To that guy, enjoy your ride and move along,

Even if he does find it, I'm sure we will all be happy to (t)roll out the welcome mat for him. Right everybody?

Nope you're wrong, a Panda is the best car!

The first gen CTS was okay when it came out. It will not wipe the floor with the LS(?)
He IS the stereotypical GM fanboy. Like my god, even I'll argue some of the cars he's commending we're... bad .

He has already made the mistake of commenting on an Oppo post (one that was shared to Jalopnik). He was promptly blocked.

Even if it is better, it's sure as hell uglier than the newer ones (2007-2010).
But hey, my wagon wipes the floor with it because it's a HEMI.
I dun care, I can outrun the cops because I gots me the same ingine.

He must be uninformed, if he believes Subaru's AWD sucks.

Introduce him to Oppo (apparently he is blocked) then wait and see his reaction to all the people talking shit about him. This usually works for two reasons. One they feel that there work is done and piss off or they get a horrible reality check and feel to embarrassed to keep going. I've seen work in the past for other shit stirrers that said this guy takes it to a whole new level with his borderline cultist behaviour towards GM.

I honestly love this kid. The trolling comes off as so sincere. He puts effort into writing out his comments too instead of just doing the lolz t3h suck!1! thing. I'm sad I won't be able to share this bounty with Oppo anymore.

The Magnum is a great wagon. I liked it when my dad had one for work.

I'm keeping mine as long as I possibly can. Today I'll be hunting down a pressure issue with the PCV system, so I need to pull the throttle body off and hopefully get a light in there and see what's under the PCV valve, hopefully nothing.
Outside of that, she does great. Catching up on little things, but almost good as new (or as good as new 145k can be).

Yours is the R/T right? I think we had the limited or SXT or something like that. It was 8 years ago I don't really remember much about it except that I liked it.

Yes, I have the first generation RT. I may even run the VIN by with Dodge and see what number it is, because it's a very early model 05.
SXT had a V6. Pretty decent V6 too, lots of people like them, and they respond well to turbocharging for a little extra oomph. I "needed" the V8 though. Glad I got it. It's a great car. I'd suggest it to anyone looking at used wagons. Find one in good enough condition, and they're great.

Aaaaannnd this is why I tend to avoid the FP.

You know what? I am not even mad at him. I don't agree with him, but I respect him.
Look at his posts and how much dedication he puts into them. That's... that's insane . That's like meeting someone who said "Yeah, I wrote a 500,000 word novel last year. It was all about a Final Fantasy and Sonic the Hedgehog crossover set in the Modern Family universe."
Like, you don't have to enjoy it. You don't have to even want it. But you do have to respect the dedication.

I feel like hes a troll in reality though.

Yeah I feel like hes trolling after reading through his comments.

A disciplined, dedicated troll is still disciplined and dedicated. We can all learn from that level of focus, even if we don't emulate it.
Most of the gawker blogs are places where people tend to go so that they don't have to think about news and they can just rattle off their opinions without worrying about being "that guy", since at times, we are ALL that guy in a comment. Dude's got a good thing going, troll or not.
